Planning
We understand your problem, devise a solution and break all the needed work into small, doable tasks
Development
Feature by feature, task by task, we develop everything that was planned in the current 2 weeks cycle
Tests / Presentation
At the end of the current cycle, we run a full round of tests and present all the developed features for approval
Ideation
After the approval we have a meeting to define the next features to be implemented on the next 2 weeks cycle, and we get back to step 1

TopXight started working with Codefrog Systems since 2015 or so, just when our Alphabeta product was moving from an exciting prototype to a commercial product. We needed to re-architect our backend to work alongside our Unity engine based front-end in a scalable manner. Codefrog jumped in with its strong experience in server-side engineering and knowledge of financial services. Within a matter of weeks they put together a design that has scaled remarkably well as Alphabeta evolved into a product used by thousands of users across top colleges, institutions and retail investors. Then they started helping us on a second startup Manoke, Inc in 2016, a leading music education platforms with a product suite that covers students, teachers and indie-producers. The main advantages we have seen with Codefrog are:
a. Deep server-side technical skills from website work to large database systems, from cloud configurations to transactional APIs. And custom tools that automate, monitor and help manage all the environments.
b. Strong commitment to process and quality. They are experts in Scrum methodology and have implemented several best practices to keep our dev pipelines fast and smooth;
c. Extreme flexibility: Both Alphabeta and Manoke are still early startups and this has meant changes, fast course corrections and rapid scaling. Codefrog team is nimble and adapt quickly.
d. Effective collaboration: Topxight teams are spread across multiple countries and Codefrog themselves are based in Brazil. But TopXight and Codefrog teams have been working with other remote teams effectively; long before Covid made remoting fashionable.
e. Cost effectiveness: startups don’t have a ton of cash and TopXight has a burn rate that is among the lowest in the industry. Yet we have been able to build best-in-the world products with high quality due to the cost effectiveness that our partners like Codefrog have been able to bring to the table.
